ë-Jumpy Combi XL 50 kWh

The Citroën ë-Jumpy Combi XL 50 kWh is a 7-seat van-based people carrier with front-wheel drive, sold new from 2020 to 2024, when it cost €52,730 in Germany, and now only available second-hand. It accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in 12.1 seconds, slower than 95% of the electric cars on sale in the UK. Its estimated real-world range is 112 miles (180 km) in a mix of town, country and motorway driving. That puts it among the shortest-range 10% of the 471 electric cars on sale in the UK, and the shortest of 38 van-based people carriers.

It uses around 2.4 mi/kWh (257 Wh/km), less efficient than the typical EV on sale (3.5 mi/kWh). The usable battery holds 46.3 kWh and on a rapid charger it averages 74 kW between 10% and 80%. With one 15-minute charging stop, it can cover an estimated 117 miles (189 km) at motorway speeds.

It has a heat pump, which helps preserve range in cold weather, and it does not support vehicle-to-load (V2L). The battery uses NCM chemistry, which stores more energy for its weight than LFP.

Second-hand in Germany, a 2020 example is estimated at €12,300–€16,100 and a 2024 one at €25,000–€28,200, based on typical EV depreciation.
